Learn More About Chaplain Ministry
“What is an Endorsing Agency?”
An endorsing agency serves as the “sending body” that endorses a chaplain for service in military or institutional settings. In the video below, the Associated Gospel Churches (AGC) explains how their ministry supports and advocates for chaplains as they serve as Pastors in Uniform. While Central Seminary provides the M.Div. training necessary for these roles, we support our students in partnering with the endorsing agency that fits their specific ministry path.
