Central Seminary to Celebrate 70th Commencement
PLYMOUTH, MN — Central Baptist Theological Seminary is pleased to announce its 70th commencement to be held on Friday, May 15, at 7:00 PM. The ceremony will take place in the auditorium of Fourth Baptist Church.
This year, Central Seminary will confer degrees on graduates who have completed rigorous programs in the Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling, Master of Arts in Theology, and Master of Divinity. These men and women represent the next generation of spiritual leaders equipped for Christ-exalting, biblical ministry.
The commencement address will be delivered by Ron Gotzman. Having served the seminary with distinction for over 30 years as Vice President of Advancement, Ron Gotzman is transitioning to a new role as Legacy Advisor. Throughout his three decades of service, he has been a vital link between the seminary and the local church, frequently filling pulpits and regularly connecting Central alumni with churches seeking faithful leadership in ministry.
The day’s festivities begin with a meeting of the Board of Trustees. Central Seminary extends its sincere thanks to the Board for its diligent oversight and personal involvement in the school’s mission. Following the Board meeting, the graduates and their families will join the faculty for the annual graduate family dinner. This cherished tradition offers a time of fellowship and reflection before the formal ceremony.
All are invited to attend the 7:00 PM service to celebrate these graduates’ achievements.
